The story of a friendly scarecrow entertained at the annual Junior Production. ‘Tattybogle’ saw children perform splendidly in front of an appreciative and supportive audience. Stars in the making delivered a memorable performance for all to treasure.
A scarecrow more inclined to befriend the pesky crows than ward them off, captured the imagination in a delightful heart-warming tale. The harsh autumn winds tested our scarecrow’s resolve, but the name, ‘Tattybogle’ lived on as reward for an optimistic and positively agreeable approach to life.
Children shone in superbly choreographed dances that captured the seasons and the havoc that ensues courtesy of the elements. Songs carefully committed to memory by all, contributed wonderfully to a story with a suitably joyous conclusion.
Humorous and delivered with passion, our Junior Production is always an eagerly anticipated event on the school calendar. A valuable opportunity for our youngest to develop plenty of confidence up on stage, ‘Tattybogle’ proved to be another hit!
“Pupils know that staff, who are very good role models, have high expectations of their behaviour and their response to this is exemplary.”
