At Avenue House School children will belong to one of four houses: St Patrick, St George, St David or St Andrew. They each wear a badge to show their house colours.
Children can be awarded house points for excellent work or exemplary behaviour. Each week in the Friday assembly the winning team is announced. It is a great way of bringing together children from different classes and ages as they work with their house to gather the most points each year.
The winning house at the end of each term is awarded the House Shield.
